On MV Peak Belfast Peak Group is testing a new technology that provides on-board and onshore emergency response teams with an immediate overview and position of all our personnel in real time. In an emergency situation this will lead to immediate and high-precision rescue team involvement. Our seafarers have a wearable which gives them an opportunity to press safety button to trigger help, or it is automatically triggered if one of our seafarers falls from heights or fall overboard. In Peak Group we put safety first and and we continuously work to identify risks to avoid accidents and hazards.
